Tier 2 visa RLMT advertisements

Post by 99gamers » Mon Feb 29, 2016 8:30 pm

Dear All,

Its a kind request to please help me urgently with the following questions/confusions:

Relevant information:
*Both advertisements; one on Universal Jobmatch wesbite and one on company's website were posted on 28/1/2016.
*Ad on Universal Jobmatch had closing date 27/2/2016, and ad on company's website has closing date 28/7/2016.
*We are planning to apply for CoS on 3/3/2016.

Questions:
1) Both of the advertisements are slightly different. There is a small summary about company written in the ad on company's website. This summary is not mentioned in the ad on Universal Jobmatch. Would this be a problem? All the other text is same in both ads, and both ads have all the information mentioned according to Appendix A paragraph 78 (b) of Immigration rules, including; job title, main duties/responsibilities, location, info on salary, skills/qualifications/experience required, and closing date of applications.

2)Is the following text acceptable for for salary information according to immigration rules;
'Competitive salary and benefits offered based on skills and experience'

3) Would it be a problem that closing dates are different of the 2 ads? Although both satisfy 28 days period.

4) The ad on Universal Jobmatch website closed on 27th Feb, and when I search for this ad on Universal Jobmatch website even using job id number it doesnt come up. So how will anyone from Visa and Immigration find this ad or know that we did the resident labour market research correctly, as they wont be able to see the ad on Universal Jobmatch?

Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Kind Regards
