Replacing a stolen BRP

My daughter's BRP (ancestry visa) was stolen 4 days after she got it. She applied for a replacement 2 months ago. How long does it usually take to get your replacement BRP. She had her biometric interview 3 weeks ago. She can't travel or work and doesn't seem to be able to talk to anyone who can give her an estimate of how long to expect to wait.

She can request her local MP to chase it, that's usually the best option.

Does anyone have a timeline for getting a replacement BRP from after doing Biometrics?
Is there anyway you can track the progress of your replacement BRP?
