CoS appeal

Hi all
My Feb CoS was declined and the company is doing an appeal/resubmission. Any idea how long it takes for it to be reviewed again and an answer given, or does it just fit in with the next allocation date? Thanks

When my cos was not successful last september, my employer was very upset because I was shortage but they were told that you cannot appeal a cos when they called to speak to them on the issue. So i assume your company is going for resubmission. We had to wait till october to try again and then it was approved, this was for out of country.

There is no appeal process for restricted COS applications that are not granted.
The proposed Sponsor has to apply again in the next round and address the issues / concerns for the previous declined RCOS
