OCI-Family members

Hi All

I am a British Citizen of Indian origin. I am divorced and re-married now. I was registering for OCI application online and when filling Part B they ask for details of OCI of family members. My ex-husband and my kids have OCI and my ex is in possession of the OCI cards. When asked he refused to give me the details of the OCI cards. I am a bit stuck now. Can you please answer my below questions??

What do I answer to the question is any of your family members hold OCI?

If I answer No that will be wrong and if I answer YES then I would require the details of my kids OCI which my ex is not ready to share.

Has anyone faced this situation. calling VFS was of no help . There is no contact number for High Commission in London. Can somebody help?
