Tier2 General Application Outside UKVI Service Standards

Hi Immigrationboards,

Good afternoon, my Tier 2 General visa extension has been refused. As my employer changed my COS code with out RLMT. And I re-applied for Tier 2 general visa with appropriate RLMT on 7th September 2015, my application is now Outside UKVI Published Service Standards almost 6months now.

I wrote few letters to UKVI regarding my VISA application but still don't get any update. How can I approach UKVI to get an update on my application.
