ILR validity after refusal of citizenship application

Post by leavetoremain » Thu Mar 03, 2016 11:03 pm

If BC application was refused, say because of not declaring traffic offense or a minor police caution or unable to find tax returns for a particular year in HMRC, would that automatically invalidate ILR?

Typically no.

It is the other way round. When you become a British citizen, you lose your ILR.
