is it possible to combine both Points Based and EEA routes?

Post by pruk888 » Fri Mar 04, 2016 3:48 pm

Hi
Would anyone heard whether it is possible to combine both Points Based and EEA routes in order to qualify for ILR or PR?

The person came to the UK on a visa and thereafter got EEA cit.

Many thanks!

What's a cit?

Much more info required.

It's typically 5 years to ILR.
And, alternately, it's 5 years to acquire PR.
Expect perhaps for 10 years LR (which takes 10 years), you can't combine the years from both routes; once you choose one you follow it through.

hi,

it`s citizenship.

in that case do you think it will be possible to apply on 10 years combined basis? i.e say 6 years on visas and then 4 years as EEA?

I don't know.

Suggest post your timeline to avoid too much to & fro.
