ILR extension

I got ILR in June 2013 and In august 2013 I left UK and Inorder to maintain ILR Im coming and leaving UK once in 2 yr. What is the maximum probability if I apply ILR extension do they give me .. I have plans to come back to UK permanently in 2020 an till then I want to maintain ILR so I want to come atleast once in 2 years period.

Please help me

How long do you intend to reside for in UK at every trip?

If you think you can maintain your ILR by making flying visits every 2 years think again.
You risk having your ILR revoked at the border by an IO.

I got ILR in June 2013 and In August 2013 I left UK to Canada and In Jan 2015 I came to UK for 1 week and I left and now I came to UK in Jan 2016 and I still stay in UK and Im planning to leave to Canada by April 2016. If I stay in Canada till 2020 I get eligibility to get Canada passport till then I want to come to UK to maintain my ILR in mean time. Since I have my ILR till 2023 I want to stay continuously from then. Is it risk of doing like this.

It appears you have totally misunderstood ILR & UK Immigration Regulations.

Your ILR is not valid 'until 2023';
it is the physical card that (in your case) will require renewal in 2023; (just as a drivers license, for example, needs renewing with a new photo, after some time).

You can only maintain your ILR in UK if you are habitually resident.
This is not maintained by brief visits.

You can expect to be questioned on re-entry on these flying visits;
if the IO is not satisfied with your residency she (/he) can revoke your ILR on the spot or simply stamp you into UK as a 'visitor'.

If you have serious ambitions to maintain any sort of viable connection with UK suggest apply for the privilege of citizenship.

The UK is now conducting exit checks at all controlled borders. One of the very specific things they looking out for are people with ILR who are not actually resident in the UK, i.e. trying to 'maintain' it with short visits. They will know and they will cancel the ILR.
