Visa or BC for child born in India, (father British)

Hi,
I am a british citizen & OCI holder.
I was married in india and then divored in 2013 i have 12 yrs daugter , My ex wife and daughter live in india .

My daughter born on Nov 2003 in INDIA Entered in UK November 2006 went back to india Jan 20009. she is studying in INDIA.

I am looking for getting british citizenship to my daugter so that she will do her university study and live in uk . I have couple of questions :

Current satuation:
I got British citizen & OCI Feb 2013 . my Daugter have indian passport
1) what kind visa she will apply from the india ?
2)what Document need for her visa at india , will she able to apply for british citizenship from india ?

Do you have sole custody of child?
is other parent coming to UK?

2) No, your daughter is not British by entitlement; any discretionary registration (as hers would be) is for minors whose future clearly lies in UK.
She needs to be in UK.

You need to address #1.
Then daughter needs to acquire settled status in UK.
Any subsequent registration as a citizen (whilst a minor) would be at discretion of Home Secretary.

Provided your have sole custody of the child given by the courts, you should be able for the visa suggested by Noajthan.

As a child born outside the UK, she would need to have ILR before registering as a British citizen.

Children above the age of 13 are expected to live for atleast two years in the UK and demonstrate that their future lies in the UK before they are registered as British citizens. See Pages 13-14 for the kind of proof that the Home office looks for when considering registering a child that is born outside the UK.

Such registration is at discretion and can be denied if the Home office feels that the child does not have strong links to the UK.
