You have now transferred employer and hold a valid Tier 2 visa. Sorted.
The Dependent visa would only have been curtailed if you had been curtailed. This has not happened so all is well

Curtailment process is manual and is dealt with on a case at a time basis. There is no super integrated PBS computer that generates a curtailment once an employer notifies HO of an early termination of employment![]()
Entry into the UK should not be a problem for your dependent. A nice touch would be for her to have a copy of your new BRP for her return journey, if anything gets questioned.
