HsMP refusal can apply for work permit ?

Hello,

I have apply for HSMP but got refusal, now my UK company wants to apply for work permit. Is HSMP and WorkPermit department the same.
I was in UK for 2 year WHM visa

Thank you for reply, I claimed 75 points , but got 70 points as I didn't finished my MBA in UK.

Victoria:- I had shown in my HSMP that I enrolled fro MBA, but I didn't finished It when I applied for HSMP .

So now in Work permit should I show the same(MBA).or I should not tell them anything about it. Is something that Work permit check my recored with HSMP department..

Failure to complete a course means you dont get the points / 'credit' for having done the course. However, it does not prevent you coming to the UK if you can qualify without having done the course.
