Possible to find out whether Curtailment letter sent? or not

Main Applicant : Tier2 G
Dependent: PBS Tier 2 G Dependent (valid leave May 2016)

It is very important in my case to find out whether curtailment letter sent or not
Possible to find out whether Curtailment letter sent? or not????
something like Current visa valid or not?????


COMPANY Notified UKBA 30 OCT 2015 that I left the job
(Just few days before 30 OCT 2015. I notified UKBA about change of address. No acknowledgement for that )
I got new visa 7 Dec 2015

I'm just worried whether in 38 days my curtailment letter sent or not (30 OCT - 7 Dec). I checked with my old address landlord he said nothing came . I cant really rely on his statement. Just because my partner who is in old visa has travel back after a trip (valid leave May 2016)

Some points to help you

Curtailment post notification by your employer takes a reasonable amount of time to be completed by UKVI

You can not be curtailed for a visa that is no longer valid and in getting a new visa that invalidates the previous grant of leave to be superceded by the new visa.

So in your case, new visa was issued probably before the curtailment letter was issued. And even if the curtailment letter was issued it has been overtaken by the new leave.
