Hi
I had tier 2 visa from October 2013 till October 2016 but
the employer cancelled my visa in the month of May 2014 and Home Office sent me curtailment letter in June 2014 but I have lost the curtailment letter while moving house and I was pregnant as well then in july 2014 I had emailed Home office to send me new curtailment letter and I even called them regarding curtailment letter there no response from home office. SO in such situation I made FLRO application which was rejected then appealed in Tribunal then the decision was in my favour. The judge said she was not going to consider my FLRO and given instructions to Home Office to send me a curtailment letter to find a new sponsorship in May 2015 and since then I still not received any curtailment letter I rang the Home Office around in October and in January they just said the curtailment dapartment is dealing with it. But in the meanwhile I got the job and applied for Tier 2 visa it's in process.
Question:
Am I going to be eligible for ILR in October 2018 as it will be 5 years on Tier 2. Is my previous Tier 2 visa going to be calculated towards 5 years route or is that FRLO is breaking point for my 5 years route.
