Hi could anybody please advise me on a situation...would be very great full. My partner applied for his visa in dec 2014 and was refused but we appealed the desion as our daughter was born in march 2015.. We had a first tier case in Taylor house London on the 12th jan 2016.. Our appeal was allowed.now we're confused as to what we can do can anyone please advise us???

Hi,

Your appeal is allowed now you should wait for 12 weeks and if nothing happen then try phone them (UKBA) or contact your local MP. He would be able to help you. But don't worry sometimes it takes time you should be ok but be patients........Thanks
