Fees for booking and reschedule (PEO)

I noticed that the PEO fees go up the end of this week.

If I book a PEO appointment now - I pay the current rate.

However, if I can't make the future appointment for some reason, and I need to reschedule (after the fees go up), do I have to pay the new fee?
