spouse visa and disabled sponsor

Post by MissLovesHerBrit » Wed Mar 16, 2016 7:29 am

I see the gap in dates that this was posted and today being 2016. My fierce is disabled and gets benefits in England. I am disabled in America. We would like to live in UK together as he has family he would like to stay with.
Does the maintaince spouse fee still apply? And what is the break down on what he would need to sponsor me?
We feel like we are hitting a wall and can not seem to find help/info anywhere. This is a legit relationship and we want to be married and living together. How can we make our life together?
Thank you

Before looking at the disability benefits your fiance is able to claim and the financial implications, have you been able to meet in person?
