Family Visa for Parents Under 65

Post by rits » Tue Dec 18, 2007 3:11 pm

Hi Folks

Just wondering is it possible to get Family Visa for Parents under 65 or not? I am British Citizen and i would like my Parents to come and stay with me as i am the only Son and they are dependent on me financially. So far they have come to UK few time for six months but i would rather like them to stay with me instead of going and coming back after six months.

Could someone please tell me if this is possible or not ? if Yes then how to start the process, Which form i need to feel and where can i find ? Can visa be applied from India or it has to be done from UK? How much dose it cost ? What supportive documents require? etc..

Thanks
Rits

Just that. There needs to be exceptional compassionate grounds.
