Urgent query flr fp appeal hearing date

Hello all

Please provide me some advice regarding my situation. I would really appreciate your time and effort.

I have ilr and the case is regarding my wife

Her flr fp was refused last year so we made an appeal. The hearing date is in the first week of May 2016. We have no children and I work as a self-employed person.

My wife is also working as an employee. Is it possible can we withdraw our appeal and apply for flr m through premium service at the end of april (by then we have 6 months of pay slips for my wife)

If we take this option of withdrawing the appeal then what will be the work status of my wife after she withdraws the appeal.

Can she withdraw and next day apply for flr m through premium service

Please advise

I have heard that you cannot make new application while an appeal is pending but why this link says that we can? Please see section 20 here
