Proof of Earnings HELP HELP HELP

Ok guys I have a quick question about my proof of earnings. I can get signed payslips from all my employers and letter from them saying how much I earned. The problem is that one of my employers gave us cash checks which we cashed then put into are bank account over two months when their online banking did not work. I still have the pay slips but I have inconclusive proof it went into my bank account because we cashed the checks at the supermarket and then used some of the money to buy food then put into my bank account. However I still have a letter and the payslips. I can not use the tax return because it does not cover the whole year. I have payslips I have letters my bank account does not match all of them and my tax return does not cover the whole year. What should I DO ???

You need to enclose P60 even it doesnt cover the entire claim period along with your Salary slips. Bank statements are not mandatory instead you can submit letter from your employer/(s)
Salslips+P60+Letter of employer(s) stating your salary.
