Child benefit payment

Child benefit payment

I have put in a claim for child benefit after obtaining ILR. Will the payment be backdated for 3 months even thogh I had limited leave to remain for part of the time or will i start to get paid from when I obtained ILR?

The child benefit payments will be payable from the date you were granted ILR.
(Casa, not CR001)
