entitlement to child tax credit

Hi
I want to know if I will be entitled to child tax credit. I was married to an EEA national but now divorced but the marriage lasted more than 3 years so was able to get my retained right of residency. However, the children are not his. What are my options as the retained right of residency has no remark of no recourse to public fund. Please help
