Hello all,
Please let me know if this is usual or not.
I've applied for Tier-2 general visa extension (with a dependent) on 16th Wednesday (online), can see fee has been debited from my credit card on 16th itself. I've sent all the required documents on 17th for next day delivery (can see somebody signed and took the documents on 18th morning around 7 AM).
I haven't received any doc from then, I've added my work address as my contact address!!
Is this normal? or am I the only one facing this situation!!
I've found out that from other people's timelines UKVI has been sending Bio metrics letters less than a week time!!
Is there something I can/need to do at this point??
Another BUMP I've just found :
I've applied for Tier-2 back in 2013, timeline posted as
1. Type of application: Switching
2. If switching, category changing (switching) from: Tier 1 PSW
3. Date of expiry of current leave: 16 May 2013
4. Number of dependents applying at same time: "0"
5. Date application posted: 26 March 2013 (Royal Mail Next Day)
6. Date application received at UKBA: 27 March 2013
7. Date payment debited: 02 April 2013 (because of Easter it took long but actually money debited from my account on 28th March 2013 but on statement it appears as 02 April 2013)
8. Payment mode : Debit Card
9. Acknowledgement letter received: 04 April 2013 (Dated on 28 March 2013)
10. Bio-metric letter received: 11 April 2013 (Dated on 04 March 2013)
11. Date of bio-metrics enrollment: 12 April 2013
12. Date of approval: 04 May 2013
13. Date of return of passport and other documents: Waiting
14. Date (new) leave to remain valid from: 04 May 2013 to 30 May 2016
15. Date BRP received: 09 May 2013
16. Visa Valid till: 30 May 2016
So by 03 May 2019 I will complete 6 years on Tier-2, but for some stupid reason in my recent application I've asked to add 30 May 2019 as my end date under work dates. Does it have any impact on my visa decision or on application? Do i need to worry about that? I've only accounted the visa end date to calculate my 3 year period
Please give your valuable thoughts.
Thanks in advance...
