flr fp 7 year

Post by dev077 » Thu Mar 24, 2016 9:59 am

Hi board members,

I need serious advice on what to do next pls pls help

My whole story short
came to uk as a student in dec 2006 and my wife and daughter (3 yrs) joined me in oct 2007 (non EU). until 2012 had visa and applied for business visa after 9 months in 2013 refused with the right of appeal. appeal was dismissed applied for 7 year rule eventhough my daughte was here only 6 years. refused no right of appeal, sent pap in 2013 and applied for JR in feb2014. court accepted to take the case in june and ho came forward will reconsider the case. took the case in jan 2015 sealed to give decision within 3 months again refused with in 2 months and gave a right of appeal with removal direction. went to FTT in october 2015 again dismissed even though my daughter was 11 yrs and stayed for 8 years in uk and in high school, by mentioning the children has not reached the critical stage. applied for permission with FTT but refused now applied straight to UTT waiting decision i dont know how long is going to take.

I have few question pls help
1. I have a boy born here in uk and 6 yrs old by next year will be 7 years. will i able to apply flr fp next year.
2. because of removal direction will there b a problem when he turn 10 and try to register as BC
3.how long removal direction valid or is there any other way to revoke.
4. is there any other way to regularise the stay and chances to apply asylum.

pls help really frustated moments and confused.

Tnx in advance

7 year child route is not just a matter of the child living here 7 years, you need to prove why it's the best interests of the child to remain, children are adaptable, embrace change easily, so not easy at all.

Re: Asylum, do you have genuine grounds for asylum or just looking for any reason to remain, genuine or not?

WRT not a valid asylum claim, pay it back or move back to another part of your home country.

Why should you be granted asylum and right to remain because you reneged on a loan, come on, man up!

Im trying to the word you mention, but is not the situation here, so pls try to provide some useful tips.

but borrwed £50000 has invested into this country and utilised here in as buying goods, paid vat and taxes and wages, accountants etc. since they refused I had to payback all - that right, but atleast they should at least give time to close the business as it was started when i had visa not to close the business all of sudden and to keep all the goods at home. if had to go back and pay this by earning in my home country it will take my whole life to payback and the rest will be carried to kids to settle. all im asking here only temp leave payback and to live for whole life mate. so if pos reply with the attitude to help or you may concentrate on some other topic with many tnx
