T2 General ILR - Recording Absence From UK

* Can someone please provide a format of the letter that the T2 General migrant needs to get from his employer as a proof of absence from the UK?

* Also, per the Guidance of Continuous residence, the absences from the UK must be in line with the Annual Leaves (25 or 28 depending on the company). How will it affect the continuous residence if one has run out of his Paid Annual leaves and want to go for Unpaid Leaves? What should the employer letter be like in that case?

* There is a lot of confusion around a single absence of more than 90 days (less than 180) from UK. Does a single absence of 91 whole days, for example, break the Continuous Residence requirement?
