I need some advice regarding my visa extension. my father was grated teir1E(200k) visa on the 21th November 2014 and I entered in the UK on the 13th of December 2014 and was granted the visa as a dependent on the 5th of December 2014 when I was 14 years and 11 months old. when my visa expires and my dad applies for his and mine extension I WOULD BE 18+. Would I still be eligible for teir1E(200k) dependent or I wouldn't be granted the leave to remain ? and I would be applying for ILR when I would be 20+, would I still be eligible for the ILR? even if I don't work and am fully financial dependent on my parents?

Yes you are eligible for extension as a dependant because you were granted dependant visa before you were 18. Your ILR should also be straightforward as long as you will not be living an independent life.

and one more thing, when my dad got they visa my elder sister was already 18 over, so my dad not apply for her visa as dependent as my dad reckon that my sister won't be granted one as she was above 18 and was doing medicine in Delhi(India) but she was still financially dependent on my dad and was living with us. if my dad would have applied for her visa then would she have been granted one? and she is still financially dependent on my parents and is continuing her studies but not living with my parents. Is she still be eligible for the visa ?

Unfortunately, your father was correct. There are no provisions for her to apply for entry clearance as your father's dependant. 319H(c) fails.
