Query About Work Permit

Hi ,

I am a Indian National working in UK since Sep'06 on a Work Permit(Multiple Entry) . My WP is going to expire on 30th April 2008 . I am planning to visit India on a month long vacation from i.e. from Jan 20 till Feb 15th 2008.

I have got two queries

1) Will i be allowed entry to UK on my return on 15th Feb 08 ? Note at the time of re-entry i would be having less than 3 month Visa. Is there any rule which says you must have more than 3 months visa while entering UK.

2) As i have spent more than a year in UK , do i need to undergo medical tests in India before i return to UK .

Can somebody help me out please .

No problem with returning, and I doubt you would need a medical. If you did then it would be given on your return.
