administration fee

hi
when i applied for my visa to enter UK my husband use to have ( free to remain ) and now he hold citizenship.
they ask me to enter UK on the first 3 months and 28 days after my visa was issued so i can avoid paying fees again when i renew it which what i did.
can anyone care to explain more please because i am due to apply soon.

This isn't an 'administration fee'...it's a visa fee and an NHS surcharge that you have to pay. Continue in your other thread where I've already advised you.
