My parents have applied to the family visit visa and got refused. In the last application they were refused requesting more documents which have been submitted this time and they got refused again as with below reasons
1. Not satisfied that your circumstances have changed significantly from your previous application
2. According to the official uk statistics people applying from the same geographical region as you have applied from are more likely to go on to be non-compliant with their conditions of stay than people applying in other regions
In light with all of the above I am not satisfied that you genineley intend a short visit only to the UK and that you will leave the UK at the end of the visit.
In relation to this dicision there is no right of appeal or right to administrative review.
I am a British citizen, both my parents are 65+, they have showed enough savings/assets and I have showed my home/savings.
What are the options? only judicial review?
