UKM Application - Biometrics Booking is Not Working

Hi everyone,

Thought I'd post on here and see if anyone else has had this as I'm in a bit of a panic.

I've applied for British Citizenship through my mothers birth (pre-1983 etc) and got my biometrics letter. live in Adelaide, South Australia.

Today when I went to book in, I got the following message when I went to schedule an appointment:

•Either Appointment details are not found or appointment has already taken, please check with rescheduling appointment.

So I'm pretty much stuck in this point, and its a circular nightmare! It doesn't allow me to retrieve an appointment, cancel an appointment or book my first one. I went to the Immigration Dept Office here and they wouldn't be able to help me without an appointment. And finally, there is absolutely no contact details at all to contact VFS Global to see what can be done.

Has anyone come across this before and were there any steps that can be taken to fix it?

TRY THIS:

Try this email address it might help. I used it and got a reply. Put the subject line of ATTENTION DUTY MANAGER. Keep sending them the same email until someone replies. I also put my phone numbers in the email as well and within 2 days I got a call and they helped me make an appointment in Vancouver to do my biometrics

It worked for me so someone must have got the emails I kept sending them. I kept forwarding the first email I sent with the time and date and how many times I'd sent them emails previously Ie, 3rd email since ... you get the picture...

So I hope this gets some action on their offices in South Australia to get you an appointment and get everything fixed!! Good Luck
