Web Pay Slips

Hi

I am finding it very difficult to get a salary certificate from my organisation. They are just saying it is not in their policies. I have only got web payslips.

If I am not able to get the web pay slips authorised, can't I substantiate my salary by showing the latest offer letter given and the bank statements for every month so that they can corroborate?

An offer letter is not good enough. Can you get the salary slips stamped and signed.

Assuming that you are from India.I suggest that you approach your employers and tell them that you require these documents for housing or personal loan.Employers wont refuse it.
You will get all the documents required for previou earnings.
