TB test requirements for dependent visa

Post by raag2016 » Fri Apr 01, 2016 10:20 pm

Hi Guys,

Many thanks for your time looking into my question.

I am planning to bring my wife and daughter (1.5 years old) from India to UK on dependent visa. There is a TB test requirement added recently.

Do I have to get the TB test results done for my wife as well as daughter both?

Best Regards,
Roop

I found answer of my query:

Residents aged over 11 from certain countries applying for a visa to come to
the UK for longer than 6 months need to get a certificate confirming that they
are free from infectious Tuberculosis (TB) before applying for a visa. A list of
these countries along with information on TB testing can be found on the UKBA
pages on our website.

Thanks,
Roop
