Forgot to attach TB test report while submitting application

My Spouse today forgot to handover the TB test report while submitting the application at VFS. will it impact VISA decision? :| :|

I beleive VFS does check the mandatory documents when you submit the documents. not sure how it can be missed.

it is a mandatory document and has to be submitted for entry clearance applications.
