Spouse Visa UK Cancellation and Divorce

hello ,

i am totally new to forum , i hope someone could help me out .

i came Uk in 2015 October on spouse visa as my wife British passport holder . within 2 month our relationship broken down and she left me . i tried several time contact my wife and her family but no response . few weeks ago she called me and asked my current address , as i moved to new address , she told me she want to send me divorce papers to sign etc etc .... but i stilled tried to reconcile and ask lets talk and will decide together what is best for our future but she hang up ..

yesterdays i receive emailed from home office curtailment team that they curtailed my leave to remain in on the fact that me and my partner dont live to together . so they allowed me 60 days time to leave the country or apply for fresh application to remain in UK.

so i have 2 question ...

any chance they change the decision if we both start live together and my wife inform them like we are into relationship now with facts and evidences

secondly is there any chance , i could switch in tier 4 student visa with in 2 month time ?

please help me
