Tier 2 General Visa, Salary Requirements

Dear moderator and guru's

please could you tell me, while extending my tier 2 G visa after three years which issued on june 2014,do my employer needs to raise the salary to experience worker salary to extend me as their employee?

bit more specific as new entrant i was given £20500 on 2139 SOC now for extension does my employer needs to show £29900 salary? or can do it as per updated list £20800.

I was looking for more specific answer on the board but couldn't find a answer. Thanks a lot.
