Tuberculosis Test Requirement for entering

My wife has just been granted spouse visa on settlement basis from Pakistan, I just would like to find out about Tuberculosis Test Requirement that should it be present on arrival at immigration or not ?? If yes, then please advise as I have not yet received my supporting documents from Sheffield. Therefore, I am not sure how will I send the result back to my wife, as she has already booked her flight.
Certified copy should be acceptable at immigration ???perhaps they should have the details of TV test as part of her application process.

i see there was no reply to your post, however i am almost in a similar situation now.
can you advise if your wife had to carry the certificate with her, is it mandatory?

According to this page: https://www.gov.uk/tb-test-visa/overview

If your test shows that you don’t have TB, you’ll be given a certificate which is valid for 6 months. Include this certificate with your UK visa application.

Nothing in there about having it with you. When I submitted my documents all were returned except the TB certificate. My wife is arriving in a couple of weeks and she wont have her TB certificate with her. Another user PMd me to confirm his wife wasn't asked for a TB certificate on arrival.
