Got redundant on 5th April and employer will
Cancel cos on 19th April. I Have a new
Unrestricted request of cos by a new employer
And we are waiting.
I am aware that if nothing happens I will
receive curtail letter.
I just want to confirm that i am still eligible
for ilr
If i launch a tier 2 application before last day
and it gets approved and i meet other
requirement salary etc.
The continous employment says 60 day
gap from end of employment is ok for
continous but from which date
Is this calculated.
If date of end of employment is the date
when home office
Curtails your leave then it all makes sense
but i
Want to confirm that this is not the date
when my
Actual employment ended because in that case
I might get tier 2 if applied in last few days
of curtailnrnt but might not get ilr.
Can someone please tell me if i
understood correctly as my lawyer says
not to worry but 60 days gap rule
is confusing me
