5 year Residence card for non-EEA husband of EU citizen

Hello re a 5 year Residence card for non-EEA husband of EU citizen. Once the Biometrics have been done, how long to get your residence card in the post. . Do your passports come back the same time. Once Biometrics are done, does it mean your residence card is approved.Many thanks

The processing of the application only starts with registering biometrics and is no indication of whether there will be an approval or not.
(Casa, not CR001)
