Renew Indian passport in India

Hi,
I really need urgent advice.
I am on spouse visa in the uk with my two dependants. Recently we went to our home country India and were back in three weeks time. But my daughter(19) stayed back for some more time. Recently we realised that her passport is expiring on 15th may 2016. How can she renew her passport there? Does she need to put her new uk address or old Indian address. Pls advice

Answer the question as asked in the form. I believe the e-form asks for "present" residential address and gives the option to choose whether it is in India / abroad.

Thanks for replying but she is in India just for a month. That's not her permanent address. She stays and gonna stay here in the uk with me. So y will it be India's address on passport. M confused
