if i am making an application for ILr at the PEO in croydon after my spouse finish does my partner have to attend there with me if he is unable to come what can i do

You should to apply before your spouse visa expires, not after!

As postal applications are possible, I would have thought that neither of you are needed to attend. However, you should submit proof that your partner is "present and settled" in the UK (paragraph 288), possibly by providing his passport.

douces, have you already passed the Life in the UK Citizenship test, or have you still got that "pleasure" to come?

Was your 2-year spouse visa issued outside the UK? If so, what is the date you first entered the UK using that visa? And the exact date the current visa expires?

i past the test and i got my 2 years in the uk i would like to know if my partner have to come with me to the peo thank you

No, not absolutely necessary, but can you answer my questions :-
Was your 2-year spouse visa issued outside the UK? If so, what is the date you first entered the UK using that visa? And the exact date the current visa expires?
Any particular reason why you intend to apply at a PEO rather than by post?
