Working in Scotland

Hi,

I am currently in London on a Tier 2 General visa (shortage occupation) since Feb 2014. Can I change my job and work for a company in Scotland on a Tier 2 General visa? Will the time in Scotland count in my stay of 5 years in UK to be eligible for a ILR?
