Its not unbelievable LOL
In October they were giving court dates before deadlines meaning the case had been reviewed 8/9 weeks into deadline
Maryam2011 that was also the case with her

I emailed them couple of days about my appeal and they replied saying that they have not reviewed it yet as they are still looking at the November appeals
But am just abit confused as to why I've received my original documents back when they haven't reviewed it.

i apply in march 30th 2015 refused on 18 june submit appeal on 6july my deadline date was 23nov2015 got court date on 6oct .. court date 23rd june 2016..
and @stillwaiting123 solicter told us that appeal wining chances are limited so no point going in court..

It was because they thought that I was not meeting the 18,600 threshold whereas I was so I just sent them the relevant documents
I just hope it has been overturned.

what does the tribunal tells you ? and they told you how long its taken to get the hearing date for your appeal ?

Assalamualaykum
Hope everyone is ok. Review Deadline was 22/Feb/2016 and still no updates. I have been chasing Tribunal and the embassy but both are using delay tactics as you would expect. Dont know what else to do apart frm WAITING......
Just waiting for them to reveiw my case. If not overtuned I will not be waiting for a court date that will be too long.
Any suggestions????

I think they should stop giving these false deadlines, people should be told just to wait for a response, what is the point of deadlines if they have no intention of sticking to them
