temporary admission

hi guys
wondering if any one can help me with some information

i applied for unmarried partners application as we were living together for abt 22 months and combined income was meeting the threshold after a few months application was refused as i didnt attched enough evidence to support the application there fore we went for the appeal i hired a small time solicitor as i coudnt afford then we went to the appeal the judge cross questioned me and my partner and one of my payslips was misplaced my lawyer so couldnt provide . then the appeal was rejected that the relationship is genuine but doesnt meet the income threshold as not enough evidence was supplied then i tried to go upper tribunal but it wasnt accepted after couple of days immigration took me and served is 96 notice person liable to detained nd put me on reporting every two weeks its been six months now as in the mean time my JR was refused too

as for present we hav been living together for 3 years now and my partners earning a lot more than the required earning so am planning apply again firstly can i apply for a fresh application ?

as i hav filled in the form except section saying hav i ever overstayed ?
i hav no clue wat does the temporary admision exactly means in this scenario
prior to that came on visit visa extended it finish my studies ten got the two years of work visa and then all this

i will really appreciate any help
