hsmp dependent visa filling form - difficulties

i am filling hsmp dependent form for EC
i have concern over the fields that i have to fill

1. i am in uk and will accompany when my family will get the EC
so what should i write in -

2. for dependends it is required to fill in the employment data of parents or guardians so do my children put info of father who is in uk or mother who is with them.?

i have got employment and have entered into rent agreement so do not have income source as yet - what amount should i write ?
expected during the year or put job just yet started
