HSMP - Gaps in Earning

Hi Friends,

I have some queries in Earning sections...
I am planning to claim from period from april 2007 to dec2007 (9 months uk salary) . The reason for not claiming from jan, feb & march is I dont have bank statement to support the same even though i have p60.

Well, my query is that ..will it be issue if I just claim for 9 months and also with in these 9 months ..2 months I worked in india and for month of june I lost my salary slip in post..effectively I will be showing 6 months salary even then I am able to meet threshold points.

My prof would be salary slip + bank statement.

Could some one help me out as I am not very sure whether I can to go ahead .

Hi,

in november,i just sent 7 months payslips and claimed only this 7 months period. HO accepted my applications and sent approval letter.

you dont have to send all payslips for 12 months... but i dont know if that causes some problem in EC because i havent applied to EC yet...

Thanks prossy..what documents did you submit.. as you might not be having P60 .. Did you have any gaps within these 7 months.. do you prorate the salary?

i didnt prorata my salary because i was alredy getting highest point in previous earnings section.

for the other 5 months , i worked in other country but i didnt want to collect papers related to that period. Therefore, i just claimed 7 months period and didnt mention about anything else...

For the tax return, i didnt supply a regular tax return document because in my country there is no such seperate document. Instead, i prepared a document stating ; in my country, i dont have a tax return document given by tax authority. My employer signed that document and also provided me with another document showing all brut-net salaries and deductions.

and note also that i didnt send Bank Statements to HO....
