Urgent Query Regarding Tier 2 general extension

Hi Can Manci or senior admin answer please this is urgent.

Quick background on my situation and then queries regarding my application.

Came to UK in Sep 2009 on student visa, went onto PSW work visa and the got my work permit from Company A on 04-05-2013, with SoC code 2132 (Software professionals) job title being Academy Developer and salary was 26.300 GBP.

And during these 3 years Company B acquired Company A and I was tuped over and home office was notified of this change, and I did not reapply i continued on the same visa issued to me by my previous company

Now my visa expires 03-05-2016 and I have been given CoS from the new company ( Company B) with the below details,
3 Years extension tier 2 general
Soc Code : 2136(Programmers and software development professionals)
Job Tile: Consultant and job duties were standard company template duties were copied over to the CoS
Salary: 32,5000 GBP
And also N was given on the "is Job on shortage occupation list" question.

My Questions
[*]Is the SoC code 2136 correct as the job title doesn't match, I have got consultant as my job title.
[*]and I am confused about the working week hours specified, on my CoS it is 37.5 hours but the guideline says that these are for 39 hours week?
[*] Does the company have to do anything else as I was tuped over, becuase my previous CoS is still with the old company and we coudnt find it on our system so the company solicitor said we have notified home office so we dont need previous CoS we can issue new one from our system, is that corrrect?
[*]I have my wife as dependent, does she need to satisfy English requirement and maintenance of funds requirement, I am aware that for me as an main applicant I can tick I have already satisfies this criteria in my previous application.
[*]and also the CoS has Y against Tick to confirm the sponsor certifies maintenance for migrant
[*]If my wife has to show funds I have got more that 945 in my account for 90 days and more can I show that
[*]and what documents do i need and will i need to send phonograph with the application or do it at bio metric appointment.
