Second IGS/PWS possible?

Hi

My friend, who is now on an IGS wants to go back to further studies. He was wondering whether after finishing his masters could he apply for a second IGS/PWS?

You can go back to student visa after been on IGS, but you can not apply for IGS second time, as far I know.
