Hi,
i have posted this message in the HSMP forum, but in case you have more expertise in the asylum system I am posting again here that I hope it's fine,also I am elaborating more in this message.
the question is,is an asylum seeker entitled for the HSMP program? because I am a failed asylum seeker, graduated this year and my status in this country is not clear, do you think i can switch to the program? I had a work permit stamped in my IND document and may be i could work with, but doesn't mean that it sort out my status that I hope I can do it if I could find a way that my employer can sponsor me or anything like that, can anyone help please, note that so far I haven't worked and i have no NI number
