ILTR question

Can anyone give me any help or advice. My husband is filling in his forms for ILTR. We didn’t realise that bills needed to be in join names. We have one or two things in joint names but most of the bills like gas/water/ electric is in my name. The council tax is obviously in both our names. He has a phone bill, 3 bank accounts and things such as RAC in his name. Do you think this is ok? He has only started the forms and its too late to change to joint names.

Don't worry, you don't have to have things in joint names at all.

Under which category is he applying for ILR?
In a few years time we'll look back on immigration control like we look back on American prohibition in the thirties - futile and counter-productive.
