Whats the salary expectation in UK for 2+ years experienced guy from top MNC in india? skill set is Java/j2ee, EJB, Jsp/Servlet..?

Look on jobserve.com for roles that match your skill/exp. It's what I do.

Average Salary in UK

Take 15k towards the lower end and 60k (London Banking Financial and Investment etc) and keep doing maths.

35k is the average salary in IT software Development (java, C++ and other stuff) if you got quite good exp.

Salary doesn't rise here much.

They still pay the same salary as they used to pay 3 yrs back.

The salary sises when you have started working in a company and showing good performance.

There is no scope of fantasy :)
