Proof of accomodation

A sample of a letter proving my accommodation with a family member/friends stating that i'm staying that im staying with them/rent/occupy a room in their flat.

Assuming you've posted this in the correct sub-forum and are applying for British citizenship, where have you seen on form AN that this is required?
(Casa, not CR001)
